Free On-Site Estimates
We offer free on-site estimates. Many prospective clients call to request a free estimate over the phone. Please understand that we cannot do this because there are simply too many variables to consider. For example, the location on the lot, tree size, obstacles such as fences, overhead wires, etc are all factors which influence a cost estimate. It is only possible to give an honest estimate by coming to your location. The estimating procedure is simple and follows these four steps:
Prospective client will call for an estimate.
We will ask you for your name, phone number, and address.
You will be called back as soon as possible to schedule an appointment for us to look at your work.
We will meet you at your site, home, or business, look at the work with you and provide a written estimate. While looking at your work, you will be asked if you wish for all debris from the job to be removed. If wood is involved, we will inquire if you know someone who would like to have the wood, do you wish to keep the wood, or do you need the wood removed. We have the full capability to remove wood from the site, however we do not purchase wood or logs as they are of no commercial value to us.
When providing an estimate, we will never attempt to sell a service that you did not ask for or that you do not need. A principle of our company is that we treat others as we ourselves would wish to be treated.
